Hotel vicino a Museo Storico “9,18”, Shenyang

Questa volta, dopo essere scesa dal treno alla stazione di Shenyang, ho alloggiato al Northeast Asia Hotel, proprio accanto. Quella sera, mia madre era seduta su uno sgabello vicino alla finestra, a guardare fuori. Mi sono avvicinata e le ho chiesto cosa stesse guardando. Mi ha risposto che stava ammirando Shenyang di notte. Le ho detto che era simile al posto in cui viviamo, ma lei ha insistito sul fatto che fosse diversa. Ha detto che le luci qui sono disposte ordinatamente, le strade sono larghe e l'atmosfera è luminosa e allegra. È rimasta seduta lì per circa mezz'ora, a guardare fuori, poi si è alzata e ha detto: ”Va bene, ho visto abbastanza, è ora di dormire”. La mattina seguente, ha scostato le tende e ha dato un'occhiata fuori, dicendo: ”È bello anche di giorno, luminoso e limpido, ma lo preferisco di notte”. Spesso è l'unico commento che una persona anziana fa, ma so che pensava davvero che la finestra fosse incantevole.

L'hotel è molto vicino all'aeroporto di Liu Xiang, molto adatto per il volo, e l'atteggiamento di servizio del negozio è molto buono, molto entusiasta, la posizione dell'hotel è sul lato della strada, accanto a una stazione di carica. Un consiglio è che il lavaggio del viso è troppo lento per scaricare l'acqua, che può essere fuori uso.

Situazione fantastica. Cibo disponibile vicino fino a tardi. Gli alberghi di comodità sono a un livello uno. Il personale Kim è stato molto utile, insieme a Belle e Happy.Mi ha buttato in un colazione gratis. La colazione era di base ma adeguata. Le camere sono date ma in condizioni di lavoro. Assolutamente paura di un po' di soldi.

First of all, the location was superb, no joke there. The mall was connecting to the condo. And the mall was also connected to the metro line. However, the AC was horrible on the second floor. At first, we asked the owner through wechat. The owner saw I was opening at 16 degree and kinda like rudely said, don't open too low, just put it at 21. I was confused af ngl. Then, we contacted again, and a person came to our unit to try and fix it. Though I don't think he fixed anything. It was a duplex, the first floor had normal functional ac, but the second floor could not feel a single thing. Don't get me started when after u shower, the air ventilation was ****. So the second floor was hot af. The toilet was alright, just a lil advise to put a hook or something, cuz we could not hang any of our towel, clothes inside the bathroom. Finally, we booked a 5 people room, but there were only like two hangers in the closet. Like bruh? How could all of us hang our towel? We ended up buying hangers.

Wonderful three night stay, really enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning, lots of selection and quality very good. Room was especially nice, very roomy and modern and feng shui in room very good, shower in room was spectacular, gym well-equipped with latest generation machines. Huge shopping connected to hotel building with many floors, including a food court and also medium to high end restaurants and also a supermarket so very convenient location. Sylvia and Ivy at the front desk were very warm and pleasant during check-out, would stay here again if ever back in Shenyang.

第一次來瀋陽安排了五天的旅遊，這次選擇了艾美酒店，酒店地理位置很好 離太原街商圈近逛街買東西很方便 附近還有很多特色小館，房間乾淨 交通也便利；在登記入住時，很幸運受到前台Sunday接待，服務熱情 笑容親切！因為是第一次來到這個城市，Sunday也很熱心的為我們介紹地方特色，還給了很棒的城市旅遊建議！真的是金牌前台！！！另外在23樓酒廊的小食與酒水都很有水準呢！城市風景一覽無遺～心曠神怡。這次玩得很開心！很謝謝有Sunday接待的艾美，令人印象深刻！下次還要來！！也推薦大家旅遊出差下榻艾美

My stay at Swissôtel Shenyang was outstanding from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and located in a perfect area with convenient access to transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, and the breakfast offered an excellent variety of delicious options. What truly made my stay exceptional was the incredible staff. I would especially like to thank the front desk team, particularly Weixin and Ding, for their warm welcome, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. They were always friendly, patient, and eager to help with any request, making me feel valued from the moment I arrived. A very special thank you also goes to Eric, the Concierge Manager, whose thoughtful and professional service exceeded all expectations. He patiently assisted me during check-in, explained all of the hotel’s facilities, and took the time to learn about my travel plans. When he found out I wanted to explore Shenyang, he recommended authentic local restaurants and attractions and even provided personalized travel suggestions. Eric was always available whenever I had questions. He helped with my luggage, arranged transportation, recommended the best routes, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. His attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care made me feel completely at home. The dedication and professionalism of Weixin, Ding, Eric, and the entire hotel team truly reflect the high standards of Swissôtel. Their exceptional hospitality made this one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. I will definitely stay at Swissôtel Shenyang again on my next visit, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Shenyang. Questo è il miglior hotel in cui ho soggiornato a Shenyang. La camera è pulita e spaziosa, con una sorgente termale esterna. All'inizio pensavo di avere un biglietto giornaliero per il resort. Con mia sorpresa, mi è stato detto che ogni volta che soggiorno in hotel sono libero di andare al resort per rilassarmi e divertirmi. La colazione è molto buona e abbondante. L'unico aspetto negativo è che è lontano dalla mia camera. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

I recently stayed at this hostel and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly, making it easy to meet other travelers from all over the world. The staff were incredibly helpful and always available to give recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, and hidden gems in the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-organized. Even in shared dorms, there was plenty of space for luggage and personal belongings, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless and cleaned regularly throughout the day, which made a big difference. One of the highlights was the common area. It was cozy and lively at the same time, with comfortable seating, games, and a fully equipped kitchen. The hostel also organized social activities like city tours and group dinners, which created a great sense of community. The location was perfect — close to public transportation and within walking distance of major attractions. Overall, this hostel offers excellent value for money. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and social place to stay. I would definitely come back!

Good location, near to Shenyang Imperial palace and other attractions. Easy to reach by subway🚇, Huaiyuanmen station is the nearest station but you need to navigate to get to this hotel. It is located on the inner road next to other apartments. Once you come out of Huaiyuanmen station, Exit B, U-turn and you will see the main gate to Imperial Palace.Walk across the street into the main gate, keeping to your left. This is the inner road...walk along the road for 200m or so, you'll see a BBQ restaurant in your right and a gated parking area next to it. The hotel is just beside this restaurant. It's easy to travel around using public buses too. The young pretty lady reception at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. We stayed here for three nights. But our key card was deactivated on the second day which I don't understand why. The bearded guy, probably the boss activated the card for us after we came downstairs again. Then the next issue was when we opened our room door we were shocked to see that the room was not made up at all, although we had hung the signage at the door before we left in the morning.We came back in the evening, tired after one whole day of touring around Shenyang to find a room not made up and no replenishment of water and basic amenities. We had to go downstairs again to lodge the complaint and he was rather defensive, saying that I should have requested for making up the room at the front desk, in which I asked him what's the use of the signage card for. Thereafter, he took some time to replace the towels, bottled water and other basic toiletries. In another review by another guest, this bearded guy was mentioned as a humorous man. However, I was taken aback by his comments including mentioning that we drink so much water when we requested for two extra bottles of water. FYI, we have been given lots of drinking water all the while when we stayed in China hotels. This is the 10th hotel that we are staying at during our 20-days trip to North Eastern China. The only negative remark is the cleaning service in this hotel is unsatisfactory. Although, the next day the room was supposed to be cleaned, I had to pick up the hair and rubbish that was blocking the water outlet and also some food droppings on the carpet. We're grateful that the hotel management upgraded the room for us. It would have been perfect if they looked into improving their cleaning services and responses to hotel guests.
